As you can see from the article, above, this book is my "AIDS quilt piece," although there's no mention of AIDS in this story, and some of the experiences of the boy come from my children's experiences with the deaths of several close relatives and friends. It's not a story about dying, though. It's about living - and living with love and hope -- and flowers!
